Police review reminds us to keep looking to the future

“The bureaucracy is expanding to meet the needs of the expanding bureaucracy” -Unknown This week’s announcement by The Home Secretary of an efficiency drive in cutting administration overhead aims to reduce 251m hours of effort a year.
