Our directors have managed large scale IT operations for a number of blue chip organisations; our vision is to bring the experience and advantages of  these “big IT” environments to small and medium sized business.

Craig Harffey MBCS

As Director and Chief Information Officer of The Myfreedom Group, Craig is responsible for defining technology strategy, system architecture, support and engineering activities across the business.

Before forming Myfreedom with Grahama Jones, Craig held technical director positions with Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, delivering mission critical IT infrastructure and support services.  Prior to this Craig was a Director of Hosting for one of the UK’s leading hosting companies and was instrumental in setting up 24*7 and second line support functions and deploying this model across Europe.  When away from work Craig enjoys road cycling, cooking and is a voracious bookworm.  A keen fan of computing and open source software, Craig can often be found with his nose in a manual testing out new things.  Craig is originally from Kent but now lives in Windsor with his wife and young family.

Graham Jones

As Chief Executive Officer of The Myfreedom Group, Graham is responsible for day to day management and defining business strategy.

Prior to forming Myfreedom with Craig, Graham provided consultancy services to clients such as NYSE Euronext and Santander, engaged in major transformation programmes involving site relocation, implementation of global support models and management development.  Graham has also focused on contract reviews and supplier management, resulting in significant savings for his clients.  Graham has held global and European director positions with Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers as well as operational management roles with Intel and British Airways.

When not working, Graham spends his time riding motorbikes, playing golf and cooking.  Graham is originally from the Wirral but now lives in the Windsor area with his wife and children.
