Microfinance: Loans that change lives
We aim to support community-based projects and also invest in fledgling businesses in developing countries. We do this by encouraging our employees and partners to join our lending team on Kiva.org, a microfinance organisation whose mission is to connect people through lending for the sake of alleviating poverty.

Volunteering: Put IT skills to good use
Our volunteering scheme helps charities and community projects meet their IT goals by donating some of our time to help worthy causes. The IT4Communities project helps put charities in touch with volunteers.
